Step 01

Understanding the existing process and functionalities

In the first phase we will interact with key stake holders of the organizations, i.e. HODs and C level executives, to understand the vision, mission, objectives, short term and long term plans of the organization and also try to understand the current operational and delivery mechanisms to assess the as is situations and processes of the company. Further we may interact selected users / ground staff / mid management to check the alignment with the senior management of the organization.

Study the IT environment and Propose a Software solution
